Hi there :) So, in case you’re curious who the girl behind this blog is, you’ve come to the right place!

My name is Otilia, I’m 18 and I live in a small town from Romania. My greatest passion is music - I love singing, playing the guitar and the piano. So make sure you check our my YouTube Channel and let me know what you think! I would really appreciate getting feedback from you ;)

So, you figured out the “music” part in my URL and now you’re probably wondering why “serendipity”. Well, it’s my favourite movie, my favourite word, and it has my favourite meaning :) I’ve had so many “serendipities” in my life, that I don’t believe in accidents and coincidences anymore, but in destiny. I’m absolutely convinced everything happens for a reason and that if something’s meant to be, it will eventually happen. When something’s right everything just fits into place, it’s one of the most wonderful things in the world! (By the way, if you haven’t done it yet, watch Serendipity - it’s absolutely beautiful!! ♥)

Another thing I really love, is reading.  ”The Alchemist” and “By the river Piedra I sat down and wept” by Paulo Coeho, “The lady of the camellias” by Alexandre Dumas the son have had a strong impact on me and they’re my absolute favourites!

I love Jason Mraz, John Mayer, Maroon 5, Taylor Swift, Jon McLaughlin, Colbie Caillat, Ingrid Michaelson, Joshua Radin, Elvis Presley, Dean Martin and many many others - yep, I’m a Libra and it’s REALLY hard for me to decide (this includes favourite songs and artists!).

Other things I love include swings, actual hand-written letters, summer breezes, Christmas, snow, laughter, hot chocolate, caffe mocha, vanilla cream, the sound of waves, sunrises, sand going through my toes when walking on the beach, holding hands, long hugs, kisses, beaches, stars, long walks in the park, the colour of autumn, genuine smiles, happy looks, people in love (they’re soo funny and adorable!), fruits, chocolate, him, pancakes, intelligent quotes, city lights, cottages, mountains, lakes, pillows, sunshine and maaaany many others.

Last, but certainly not least, I’m gonna tell you about my posts and the inspiration for my blog. Serendipityandmusic is not just a cute photography blog :) It’s pretty much my life and my feelings summed up in photos, quotes and music. I decided to have a Tumblr for myslef, I never thought anyone else would ever be interested in seeing/reading any of my posts. Apparently, I was wrong.

You cannot imagine how proud I am to have a blog that you consider worthy of following, as most of you have AMAZING Tumblrs! So thank you, my dear visitors and followers!
